DO YOU KNOW WHAT TODAY IS???

It’s my Anniversary! It’s also 4/20! What a coincidence!?

In a world where lot’s of brides are combing Pinterest and Instagram looking for wedding inspo, last year I opted for a good ol’ NYC City Hall ceremony on my favorite holiday.

The Bride wore a Fashion Nova jumpsuit.

The Groom wore a suit from Indochino.

My witnesses/bridesmaids and I took a taxi to City Hall to meet my husband-to-be.

We chose to wait until after our nuptials to smoke, as we wanted to enter our marriage clear eyed and clear headed.

My friend/reverend Mark, pulled some strings and we were able to get married in the office of a New York State Supreme Court Justice. We totally skipped the City Hall DMV-esque waiting!

We sealed the deal!

Then we met up with more friends for lunch at The Lucky Bee in the Lower East Side.

When lunch was over, my new husband and I changed into our sweats and hopped on a plane to head to our honeymoon in Barcelona, Spain!

Happy Anniversary Wesley! I look forward to 4/20 and forever.
